Manual Osteopathy

The goal of a manual osteopathic treatment is to restore the normal functioning of the affected areas of the body with somatic dysfunctions by stimulating a more appropriate healing process and interrelations between different systems of the human body (musculoskeletal, nervous, circulatory, pulmonary, digestive system etc). The patient is assessed and treated as a whole unique unit.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is used to encourage natural healing, improve mood and energy, reduce or relieve pain and improve function of affected areas of the body. It is safe and effective and is often successfully used as an alternative to medications or even surgery. Relief is often obtained with acupuncture when traditional medical therapy has failed.

I am a Medical Radiology Technologist from Montreal with over three years of clinical experience. My background in diagnostic imaging has strengthened my understanding of anatomy and patient care. I have a particular interest in cranial and visceral osteopathy, especially in supporting individuals experiencing migraines, low and upper back discomfort, plantar fasciitis, TMJ issues, neck and shoulder tension, sciatica, tension headaches, postural imbalances, and stress-related physical symptoms. My approach emphasizes a holistic, anatomy-based perspective within the scope of osteopathic care.
